Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your artwork. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information about our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned paintings must be in original condition.
RETURN PROCESS
To begin the return process, please email us at joseph@josephloganbill.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. When you receive your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) and send your return to the shipping address provided in the RMA email.
Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you via email when your refund or exchange exchange has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Custom commissions
- Customised artworks
