SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

  • Standard UK Shipping (£0-£50): £5 
All domestic orders (i.e. orders shipped to addresses within the United Kingdom) over £50 receive free shipping. We ship via Royal Mail with appropriate tracking and insurance in place at all times.
We personally deliver to local customers (within a 25-mile radius) for free, providing your purchase exceeds £200.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We ship internationally, and your rate will appear at checkout. For quick reference, our standard international shipping rates are listed below.

Shipping to Europe:

  • Standard Europe Shipping (£0-£100): £10
  • Europe Shipping: (£100+): £25

Shipping to the rest of the world:

  • Standard Global Shipping (£0-£100): £15
  • Intermediate Global Shipping: (£100-£200): £30
  • Global Shipping: (£200+) £50

Customs, Duties and Taxes

My Website (change this)is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We apply code HS Code 970110 (Paintings, Drawing And Pastels By Hand) to the paperwork of all paintings shipped to the United States.

DAMAGES

If your painting is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at joseph@josephloganbill.com. Please save all packaging materials and retain the damaged painting while you await further instruction.
